All About Katie

Hi there! My name is Katie.

I have been a Licensed Massage Therapist since 2014. Prior to that, I spent many years as a Yoga Instructor, Sound Healer, and Holistic Chef. I am fiercely passionate about the power of self-care; and making sure my clients get bodywork that both intentional and effective is always my priority.

Empowered by my extensive education and background, I help clients live a life free of stress and pain by taking  tremendous care to cater each of my sessions to the unique needs of their body.

Because bodywork has the power to change a person’s life for the better, and the last thing you need are cookie cutter massages. To truly unlock the benefits of bodywork, you need a Massage Therapist that can see you for who you are, and can treat your healing journey with the respect it deserves. I can help with that.

Fun Facts About Me

Originally a Michigan girl, I have traveled (and lived!) all over the world. I even spent several summers with a traveling youth circus as their head chef.

One of my favorite areas to work on with clients are the neck and shoulders! And yes, I actually don’t mind working on people’s feet (I get asked that a lot).

I got into massage after spending 10 years working as a chef. I wanted to take my passion for healing and transition into a field that was a little slower paced!

When not at the massage table, I am most likely either in my studio making stained glass or exploring the great outdoors. I love hiking, camping, and kayaking!

I also love to read and am always on the lookout for a good book. If you have a recommendation let me know!
